TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ELEVATE RETREAT BROUGHT TO YOU BY TCC (THE CREATOR COLLECTIVE) AND BELIEF THOERY, LLC

ALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPRESSED IN U.S. DOLLARS

1. TICKET INFORMATION

You agree to pay ELEVATE RETREAT. (“TCC”& BELIEF THOERY) the ticket amount as you selected for the event and program selected. Ticket includes the session(s) and applicable course materials. For live, in-person events, (transportation, lodging and food costs are not included.)

2. CONTRACT TERMS

From the date of this Agreement you have until the event date (“Contract Term”). If you do not attend the event within that timeline, TCC & BELIEF THOERY will not refund your ticket.

3. TRANSFER FEES

Transfer of Live, In-Person Events: Subject to applicable transfer fees, you may transfer one time for ELEVATE RETREAT to another participant prior to the start the next available ELEVATE RETREAT. You must do so by notifying us in writing. Because this event will sell out well in advance, enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. If you choose to transfer, you relinquish your priority standing in the program for which you enrolled. For Live, in-person events, you can transfer to another attendee in writing at no extra charge.

Transfer of Digital Virtual Events: (Only if applicable) If you are unable to attend the ELEVATE RETREAT event for which you enrolled for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the virtual ELEVATE RETREAT email us at judy@tccleague.com to transfer your enrollment.

4. PAYMENT

Full Payment/Conversion: If your Full Payment is received by TCC & BELIEF THOERY within 30 business days from the date of this Agreement, then any Paid in Full bonuses will be applied to your account.

Finance Plan: TCC & BELIEF THOERY requires payment to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to retreat. 

Payment Plan: A minimum deposit of is due at signing as agreed upon if not paid in full. 

5. DEFAULT, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, AND DAMAGES FEE

Default: If you do not pay the balance of your ticket by the agreed-upon payment terms, then you will be considered in default of this Agreement. You will forfeit your ticket. TCC & BELIEF THOERY will have the right, to terminate this agreement and you will not be refunded.

No-Show Fee: If you do not attend any of your confirmed sessions of ELEVATE RETREAT (whether virtual or live, in-person event) without express written consent from TCC & BELIEF THOERY you will forfeit your ticket and that session enrolled, and your ticket will not be refunded.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Warranties: You acknowledge that you are not relying on any warranties, promises, guarantees or representations made by TCC & BELIEF THOERY or anyone acting or claiming to act on behalf of TCC & BELIEF THOERY unless they are in writing and made part of this Agreement. All advertising material and all prior representations or agreements, if any whether oral or written, are hereby superseded by this Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and TCC & BELIEF THOERY, and no addition or modification of any terms shall be effective unless set forth in writing and signed by you and TCC & BELIEF THOERY. No salesperson or any other agents of TCC & BELIEF THOERY has the authority to modify the terms of this Agreement.

Terms and Conditions: Your approval and execution of ELEVATE RETREAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS (incorporated herein by reference), which is available in advance of the session upon request, will be required prior to admission to ELEVATE RETREAT. Failure to sign the ELEVATE RETREAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS will be deemed a termination of this Agreement, and you will not be refunded.

Subject to Change: Dates, times, locations, and structure of events are subject to change, including without limitation if any events are being offered live in person or via a remote digital format when applicable. 

Private Event: ELEVATE RETREAT reserves the right to send a participant home (or remove any participant from any event environment) for any reason it deems appropriate. In such cases, there will be no refund for meals, transportation, lodging, or unused food plans, if applicable. Ticket sales and refunds for the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Assignment: This Agreement may not be assigned to another individual or entity without the express written approval of TCC & BELIEF THOERY

Transaction Fees: You may be charged foreign or other transaction fees by your bank in connection with this purchase, and you agree that you will be responsible for any such costs.
